Uploading Past Sales to Zillow PROFILE

  1.  To begin, log in to your Zillow account and then navigate to the Agent Hub in the top toolbar. From the dropdown menu, select Profile

  2. This will take you to your profile page. Scroll down to the section labeled Sold to see your sold properties that are currently entered into Zillow.
    From there, click the button marked Add Sale. 

  3. A new page will open containing your past sales. Click the blue button at the top that says Add Sale.

  4. A new window will pop up. Begin typing in your transaction’s address and Zillow will autocomplete it.

  5. Click the desired property. All transactions related to this property will appear. Click Add Sale.

    **If you do not see your transaction, enter it in the input boxes under Don’t See Your Transaction Listed?

  6. Input the required information including sold date, price, and whether you represented the buyer, seller, or both.
    Make sure the box under Show on Profile is set to yes if you want the sale to be visible on your page!
