a. Marketing Center is a content library of templates that gives agents and staff the ability to download company and brand logos, access brand photography, customize and post social media assets, download virtual meeting backgrounds, and send materials directly to print through XpressDocs. Marketing Center also hosts idea box materials, listing templates to match agent icon, and brand campaigns.

b. When using Marketing Center, you will notice it is also called Marq. Marq is the product name, but Marketing Center is what we call it internally.

Marketing Center has an integration with XpressDocs, allowing you to print directly from the product.

When you are finished with your project, click “Share” at the top right of your screen and several social media sites will appear in a dropdown. Click on whichever site you’d like to share to and follow the subsequent instructions.

Marq has a specific set of requirements for uploading images in the correct format.

Accepted image file types:

JPG PNG SVG (learn more) MP4 GIF

If you have an image that is not a supported file type, there are many websites that will convert your images for free.

Accepted image size:

Generally, anything under 2MB is accepted. We do accept larger images but they can sometimes cause issues.

Accepted image resolution:

We limit image resolution to 4000x4000px. Anything larger will prompt an image upload error.

Common Reasons for Image Not Uploading

• The image already exists in the image manager

• The image is not a PNG or JPEG

• The image is too large (above 2MB)
